Applies to vehicles: with plug-in hybrid drive
Your vehicle is equipped with a 12 Volt battery and a high-voltage battery.
When the 12 Volt battery is discharged, you can, as with a conventional vehicle, charge it using a battery charger or start the vehicle using jump leads connected to the battery of another vehicle.
Remove the fuse box cover -8- to access the positive terminal -+- ►Link.
Connect the crocodile clips of the charger or jump-start cable to the positive battery terminal -+- and the earth point on the body -–-.
Caution!
Do not use your vehicle to jump-start another vehicle. This would cause serious damage to your vehicle's electrical system.
