- Fig. 1 Removing rear light
Applies to vehicles: with halogen system (A3/A3 Sportback)
Take the plastic spatula out of the vehicle tool kit.
Carefully slide the plastic spatula into the gap between the rear light and the body -arrow- Fig. 1.
Gradually ease out the rear light by pulling alternately with one hand towards arrow -1- and with the other towards arrow -2- Fig. 1 and take out the rear light unit.
Note
Make sure you have a soft cloth ready to place under the glass on the rear light, to avoid any scratches.
