Adjust the head restraint so that the top of the head restraint is level with the top of your head. If this is not possible, try to adjust the head restraint as near as possible to this position.
To raise the head restraint, take hold of it on both sides and move it up as required Fig. 70►.
To lower the head restraint, press the button and slide the head restraint downwards.
To adjust the head restraint (comfort version*), press the button on the side and slide the head restraint to the desired position so that it clicks into place Fig. 71►.
