Do not use any force when inserting a CD/DVD into the drive. The CD/DVD will be drawn into the slot automatically.
Important: The drive must be empty.
Insert the CD/DVD into the drive -2- Fig. 1, keeping it level (printed side facing upwards).
To eject the CD/DVD, press the eject button -1-.
After it has been ejected, the CD/DVD will automatically be pulled back into the drive after about 12 seconds if it is not removed from the DVD slot.
