-1- Volume control button
The volume control button is located on the right side of the handset. You can increase or reduce the earpiece volume by pressing the button.
-2-/-3- Control buttons
To activate a function indicated in one of the bottom corners of the display, press e.g. the left control button -2- Fig. 1 for Ph.book or the right control button -3- for Menu.
Press the control button for Menu to call up the main menu. The tab of the main menu shown in the display is highlighted in white.
To display a submenu or to activate or deactivate a selection button, press the control button for Ok. To jump one level up the menu tree, press the control button for Back.
-4- End call button
To end or reject telephone calls and to close menus, press the End call button.
-5- Navigation button
To navigate through the menus, press the navigation button in the corresponding direction.
An arrow next to the menu item indicates that you can move through the menus using the navigation button and call up further submenus.
-6- Mailbox
To dial the number you have stored for your mailbox, press and hold button 1. If no mailbox number has been stored yet, enter the mailbox number Link.
-7- Call button
Press the Call button to start dialling or to answer an incoming call. Also displays a list of telephone numbers dialled when pressed in the main screen.
-8- Numeric keypad
The numeric keypad is used to enter numbers as well as letters and special characters. The * + and # buttons are used for different purposes in various functions Link.
To activate the keypad lock manually, press the * + button and immediately press the control button for Lock.
To unlock the keypad, press the control button for Unlock and immediately press the * + button.
-9- On/off button
Switches the handset on or off Link.
