Applies to vehicles: with adjustable head restraints
Adjust the head restraint so that the top of the head restraint is level with the top of your head. If this is not possible, try to adjust the head restraint as near as possible to this position.
To adjust the height of the manually adjustable head restraint*, take hold of it on both sides and move it up or down until you feel it engage Fig. 1.
To adjust the height of the electrically adjustable head restraint*, press the switch up/down Fig. 2.
Note
To prevent the electrically adjustable head restraints from colliding with the headliner, they are automatically retracted when the seat is moved forwards or upwards.
